This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, synchronized, and protected when users access Ayar POS through our website, Android application, and related services.

The Ayar POS website and supported applications may be connected to the same Ayar POS business account. Business information entered through one supported platform may therefore be synchronized and made available through other authorized Ayar POS platforms.

Expiration of a subscription does not necessarily mean that the customer's business data is immediately deleted.

Data may remain stored for a reasonable period for account recovery, renewal, accounting, security, support, legal, or operational purposes.

Users may separately request account and data deletion as described in this Privacy Policy.

Certain Ayar POS subscription plans may provide AI-assisted features.

When a user chooses to use an AI feature, the information submitted to that feature may be processed for the purpose of generating the requested response or analysis.

Where necessary, information may also be processed by a third-party AI or technology provider used by Ayar Software to provide the AI functionality.

Users should avoid entering unnecessary confidential, sensitive, or personal information into AI features.

AI availability may depend on the user's subscription plan.

16. Sharing of Information

Ayar Software does not sell personal information.

Service Providers

Ayar Software may use third-party providers for services including:

  • Server hosting
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Database infrastructure
  • Email delivery
  • Technical infrastructure
  • Security
  • Error monitoring
  • AI processing
  • Technical support

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.

Authorized Business Users

Information belonging to a business may be available to other authorized users of the same business account.

Access depends on roles and permissions configured by the business administrator.

For example, an owner or manager may be permitted to view sales performed by a cashier.

Legal Requirements

Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Respond to valid legal processes
  • Respond to lawful government requests
  • Investigate fraud or abuse
  • Protect Ayar Software
  • Protect Ayar POS users
  • Enforce applicable agreements

17. Data Synchronization and Storage

Ayar POS business data may be stored on Ayar Software-controlled or service-provider infrastructure.

Because Ayar POS supports synchronized services, information entered through one supported platform may be transmitted to our servers and synchronized with other authorized platforms connected to the same business account.

For example:

Android Application → Ayar POS Server → Ayar POS Website

or

Ayar POS Website → Ayar POS Server → Android Application

Synchronization allows the business to maintain consistent records across supported devices and platforms.

Only authorized users of the applicable business account should be able to access synchronized business information according to their assigned permissions.

18. Data Security

Ayar Software uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against:

  • Unauthorized access
  • Unauthorized disclosure
  • Misuse
  • Loss
  • Alteration
  • Destruction

Security controls may include:

  • User authentication
  • Secure server connections
  • HTTPS/TLS transmission
  • User permissions
  • Role-based access
  • Business-account separation
  • Device authorization
  • Server access restrictions
  • Database access restrictions

However, no internet transmission, electronic storage system, or software service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and devices.

Business owners are also responsible for controlling permissions granted to employees.

19. Subscription Expiration and Data

If a subscription expires, Ayar Software may restrict or disable access to certain services.

Subscription expiration alone does not constitute a request to delete an account or its business information.

Information may remain stored to allow:

  • Subscription renewal
  • Account recovery
  • Customer support
  • Accounting requirements
  • Security investigations
  • Dispute resolution
  • Legal compliance

A business that wishes to permanently delete its account and associated information must submit an account-deletion request.

20. Data Retention

Ayar Software retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

Information may be retained to:

  • Maintain active subscriptions
  • Provide Ayar POS services
  • Synchronize business records
  • Maintain transaction records
  • Support account recovery
  • Fulfill legal requirements
  • Fulfill accounting requirements
  • Prevent fraud
  • Maintain security records
  • Resolve disputes
  • Enforce agreements

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted or anonymized.

21. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Ayar POS account and associated personal information.

Account Deletion Is Processed by Ayar Software

Account deletion is reviewed and processed by the Ayar Software team.

Submitting a deletion request does not automatically delete the account immediately.

A business or authorized account owner may submit an account-deletion request through the deletion-request method provided by Ayar POS.

A deletion request may also be submitted through the Ayar Software account-deletion webpage or by contacting:

Email: ayyar.mm1@gmail.com

Account Verification

Ayar Software may request information necessary to verify:

  • The identity of the requester
  • Ownership of the Ayar POS account
  • Authority to request deletion of the business account

This is intended to prevent unauthorized deletion of business information.

Processing a Deletion Request

After verification, Ayar Software will process the deletion request from its administrative system.

Because the Ayar POS website and applications are synchronized, deletion of the primary business account may also affect access to the account through all connected Ayar POS platforms.

Deleted information may include:

  • User account information
  • Login credentials
  • Personal information associated with the account
  • Business data associated with the account
  • Other information that is not required to be retained

Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for:

  • Legal obligations
  • Accounting obligations
  • Tax requirements
  • Fraud prevention
  • Security
  • Dispute resolution
  • Regulatory compliance

Retained information will not remain available as an active Ayar POS account and will only be retained for the applicable purpose.

Uninstalling the Ayar POS application does not delete an Ayar POS account.

Cancellation or expiration of a subscription also does not automatically delete the account.

A separate deletion request must be submitted.

22. User Permissions and Choices

Users may control Android application permissions through their device settings.

Depending on the Ayar POS functions being used, permissions may include:

  • Camera
  • Photos or files
  • Bluetooth
  • Nearby devices
  • Notifications

Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from functioning.

For example:

  • Disabling camera access may prevent barcode scanning.
  • Disabling Bluetooth access may prevent printing to a Bluetooth printer.

23. Third-Party Services

Ayar POS may rely on third-party infrastructure or technology providers for certain functions.

These providers may process limited information required to provide their respective services.

Ayar Software seeks to limit information shared with third-party providers to what is reasonably required for the relevant service.

Third-party providers may maintain their own privacy policies and security practices.

24. International Data Processing

Depending on the infrastructure and service providers used by Ayar Software, information may be stored or processed outside the user's country.

Ayar Software takes reasonable measures intended to protect information processed through its systems and service providers.

25. Children's Privacy

Ayar POS is designed as a business-management and point-of-sale service.

It is not designed or directed specifically toward children under the age of 13.

Ayar Software does not knowingly create business accounts for children under the age of 13.

If we become aware that personal information belonging to a child has been collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and remove the information where appropriate.

26. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Ayar Software may update this Privacy Policy when necessary.

Changes may occur because of:

  • Changes to Ayar POS functionality
  • New application platforms
  • Subscription changes
  • New integrations
  • Changes to data-processing practices
  • Security changes
  • Legal requirements
  • Google Play requirements

The latest version of this Privacy Policy will display an updated Last Updated date.
